We offer a 123-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. If the gear has been used but is faulty, it is covered under our Alpine Bond warranty.
What is the 'Alpine Bond' warranty?
The Alpine Bond is our iron-clad guarantee. If any of our products fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it regardless of how old it is.
Do you offer repair services for worn-out gear?
Yes, we have dedicated AK Repair Stations. We believe in keeping gear in action for as long as possible, so we offer professional repairs for zips, tears, and waterproofing on most outdoor brands.
